Taylor Tomnitz earned her BA in history from Loyola Marymount University and followed her father, former D.R. Horton CEO Donald J. Tomnitz, into the real estate business. Since 2011, she has worked as a senior real estate agent for D.R. Horton, the premier home builder in the country. Taylor Tomnitz sold 60 single-family homes in 13 months in The Faircrest development to become a top sales agent in the company.

Located between La Cienega and Fairfax in the heart of Los Angeles, The Faircrest is close to food, shopping, entertainment, and transportation. D.R. Horton has three home plans within the community, ranging in size from 2,613 to 2,894 square feet and four to five bedrooms. Each home features an open floor plan; a two-car garage; an upstairs bonus room; and a chef’s kitchen complete with stainless-steel GE Monogram appliances, a six-burner gas stove with griddle, a 30-inch electric oven, and a 48-inch hood. 

Homes in the community were priced from the high $1.3 millions to the low $1.5 millions. All 60 D.R. Horton homes within The Faircrest were sold in a little over a year.
